Preparing for life after high school can be daunting, especially for high school students with disabilities. Finding employmentliving independently, and adjusting to new people and expectations can be tough, but they are key to a happy and successful future. We provide an extensive transition curriculum for students with disabilities to help them flourish and achieve their dreams.

First Point Transition Services program

First Point Transition Services program helps you live more independently and have greater confidence in your abilities. We prepare you for the future by giving you the knowledge you need to find competitive employment and become a contributing member of your community. This creates a supportive, confidential environment for you to discuss personal challenges and make social connections. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) coordinate with adult education programs to provide support for each student’s future plans and personal goals. First Point Transition Services program is intended for recently graduated students that focuses on the following skill areas:

  • Studying for a Driver’s Permit
